Regardless of a book having a “bad language” that, obviously, most parents would not want their kid reading, the book Farenheit 451 (the temperature paper begins to combust) deals with a dystopian-style society where knowledge to the normal, unwashed masses is forbidden. All the whilst, the government has turned itself into the pseudo-God of all that is and shall be. It’s something that is quite relevant to the times and should at least be considered reading, before it is “burned” as something heretical.
The couple in this story, who’ve not read the book in it’s entirety, and state that they want the school to help students follow the path of God, should realize that the main character is a man whose keeping Christian texts hidden, because the government is trying it’s best to remove God from society and people’s minds. This article should be labled with instructions: “Apply irony liberally.”
