Illegal Immigrants that flocked to New Orleans to provide cheap labor to contractors rebuilding the city after it was devastated by Hurricane Katrina are giving birth to anchor babies at an alarming rate. It’s too bad that Congress has failed to address the Birthright clause in the Constitution to make sure it states that your parents have to be U.S. Citizens, as well.
