DHS has been illegally building dossiers on every American who crosses the border by air. This “Automated Targeting System†continues to operate despite a ban by Congress. The Feds are currently accepting public comments through the Federal Register; and the Privacy Alert Network has built a cool front-end so as to make it easy to do so.
