Federal Agencies Moving HQs “Outside of Washington D.C. Fallout Zone”
December 28th, 2006 . by ChrisYes, that’s one of the official reasons being given by the FBI, FEMA, and other Federal agencies that are relocating their operations to rural Virginia - far enough from the capital to escape the fallout of a nuclear explosion (an estimated 50-mile radius) “This level of dispersal didn’t even happen at the height of the Cold War.”
