Activist, anti-Bush lawyer “falls to death” at hotel

A Monterey Bay journalist/activist — and the first reporter to question Scott McLellan about Karl Rove’s leak of CIA agent Valerie Plame’s identity — has apparently jumped from a tall building. His family, friends, and coworkers all say he was in good spirits and was not depressed, and he had recently decided to open a law office. Hmmm.
