Seems the Dept. of Homeland Security and the malicious Prosecutor in the case of the two border patrol agents that were arrested for shooting a Mexican drug smuggler have some evidence and reports that were withheld from the trial. Something stinks people.

The most accurate assessment of this incomparably successful fraud was Patrick Henry’s. When asked why he did not attend the Constitutional Convention, he replied: “I smelt a rat in Philadelphia.”

U.S. House of Representatives Speaker Nancy Pelosi, an outspoken critic of U.S. President George Bush’s plan to send more troops to Iraq, arrived in Baghdad on Friday for talks with U.S. and Iraqi officials.
Let’s see how long it takes to change her tune regarding the “war” in Iraq. In case you don’t follow what I mean, let’s see what changes in her rhetoric and what she’ll benefit from her trip.

The leader of the state Senate Republicans says he wants the government to review scripts before cameras start rolling in North Carolina.
It seems we give 15% refund to filmmakers that use North Carolina resources. Why are we giving our tax dollars away, to filmmakers trying to make a profit from their movie? Again, stupid bureaucratic legislation from corrupt politicians who treat us like a no-limit credit card.

On a vote of 54-43, Democrats fell six short of the 60 needed to end debate and go to passage of the House-passed measure, which would raise the minimum wage to $7.25 per hour from $5.15 per hour over two years.

Every American should have health care coverage within six years, Democratic Sen. Barack Obama said Thursday as he set an ambitious goal soon after jumping into the 2008 presidential race. “The time has come for universal health care in America,” Obama said at a conference of Families USA, a health care advocacy group.
Ok, this is obviously going to be another emotional issue for useless debate in the coming presidential elections. Again, if the government is going to provide “universal” health care, who do you think is going to be taxed to pay for it? Hmmm?
