OK? You mean it takes an “expert” attorney to tell Congress that it has the power to halt the Iraq Conflict? If Congress would have read the Constitution, which they took an oath to uphold, they would’ve known they had the power to keep it from starting in the beginning! But the War Powers Act took care of that, didn’t it?
