Immigration bill will come back to Senate?!

So a promise of $4.4 Billion for security and work site enforcement will be able to show the American people that Congress and the President that they’re going to be tough on immigration, NOW?? I hardly think so. They haven’t enforced the laws in the past and certainly won’t be doing so in the future. Liar, liar, pants on fire, I say.
