Due to reports released by the USDA, when you smell cow manure, you’re smelling greenhouse gas emissions. $20 million dollars in federal grant/taxpayer money is being awarded to participating farms who apply and are accepted. This is just another way the Federal government will clamp down with further stiff environmental policy that harms farmers
