Well, England has put more government regulation on it’s people in order to save 600 people a year that die from second-hand smoke. Businesses will be fined $1000 and more for not displaying signage and people who “light” one up in public buildings, pubs and other places will be fined $400 US dollars/200 British pounds.
We Americans can only hope that something like this will not pass at a Federal level in the United States.

The largest “Free” trade deal since the North American Free Trade Agreement in 1994 is yet to be ratified by Congress, which has concerns about Americans losing jobs. Though it was signed before the President’s Fast Track Trade Authority, which expired on June 30, Congress can still keep this from going forth. The Free trade agreement is to phase out tariffs in a few years.
