England smoking ban in effect
July 1st, 2007 . by adminWell, England has put more government regulation on it’s people in order to save 600 people a year that die from second-hand smoke. Businesses will be fined $1000 and more for not displaying signage and people who “light” one up in public buildings, pubs and other places will be fined $400 US dollars/200 British pounds.
We Americans can only hope that something like this will not pass at a Federal level in the United States.
