He is not the only one to have betrayed the people state and people he supposedly represents. North Carolina Congressman Robin Hayes (R-NC) also betrayed us when he switched his NO vote on DR-CAFTA to yes after it was already cast. The vote was switched in exchange for a tax dollar financed bio-tech research facility in his district. To further muddy the waters, Senator Richard Burr was also involved in this scam with his BARDA bill that provided the incentive to Mr. Hayes.
