Rocky Mount, NC Receives Positive Financial Audit - NOT

Rocky Mount, NC received a clean bill of health regarding its finances. According to the report, Rocky Mount’s assets exceeded its liabilities at the close of the year by more than $238 million. This total includes both governmental and business-type activities.
