The Supreme Court ruled in favor of a lower court ruling punishing a Mississippi farmer for re-using Monsanto’s patented, genetically modified soybeans. More corporate corruption, so the big guys can stamp out the little guys.

Mark Backlund was driving to the airport to pick up his parents when he got in an accident. State troopers stopped and said he became “uncooperative” and tasered him. He was later pronounced dead. Authorities have not described the uncooperative behavior.
Go figure.
