China and Iraq Revive Oil Field Deal

Iraq and China are set to revive a $1.2 billion oil deal that was canceled after the 2003 American-led invasion, Iraq’s oil ministry said today. Weren’t we supposed to get paid in oil for helping Iraq rid themselves of Saddam Hussein?
