St. Clair County Couple Mistakenly Billed $20,000 Prop Taxes

For the past 18 years, Lyndall and Ramona Kleeman have been mistakenly billed and have paid an estimated $20,000 in property taxes on a garage and land owned by a neighbor. The neighbor also has paid the taxes. St. Clair Count Assessor says NO to refund.
