In 2005, young people (ages 18-25) in the US gambled $67 billion. Not in Vegas or online poker rooms, but on a betterment program called college. Their hope is that the monies they are spending will allow them to earn more money over their lifetime. Many are paying for this wager by amassing a mountain of debt that will take years to pay off.

City council approves study program on Israel initiated by Israeli Consulate in New York; program to be integrated into training program for educators teaching in 1,400 public high schools. This is obviously an indoctrination/revisionist program to re-educate our children to view Israel in a particular light.
Why can’t our children be taught correct American history in our schools? Why do we have a foreign nation adding to our educational system? Questions must be asked.

Student’s who are passing math with at least B’s or C’s are failing the standardized tests given at the end of the year. Given what we’ve talked about on the show regarding the No Child Left Behind Act and how the system itself is faulty, is it any wonder that these kids are failing the tests? Or really, it’s the system failing the kids and in more ways than one.
